Meet Laura Knight-Smith. I’m a local lifer and have worked in the area since 1990, when I started helping in my dad’s hardware shop on Selsdon High Street.
I purchased my first buy-to-let when I was just 20 and I quickly became obsessed with the property market and interior design. I joined a top London estate agent and spent 13 years getting to know the industry inside out and fell in love with the art of selling houses.
It’s also where I fell for Simon, and in 2016 I left the agency to start our family. These days you’ll find us in and around Sanderstead, where we live with our two kids, Poppy and Leo.
