I was recommended Simon and Laura by a friend who had recently sold their house. My mum who is 83 was looking to sell and move into a retirement flat. Simon and Laura are exceptional at what they do. Right from the first meeting you can tell they are both experts in their field and clearly have years of experience. The way they marketed the house, using photos and videos as well as social media is excellent. A few times during the process when the buyer had surveys going on and I could not get the day off work. Laura went and sat with my mum to make sure she was ok. This, as well as other examples show they go far and beyond what is expected from an estate agent. They keep you updated all the time and are always available if you have any questions. House moving is stressful but they are always there to advise you and be that calming voice. What a brilliant team Simon and Laura are. They are extremely professional and efficient. Simon is very approachable and will give you an honest opinion. There was good, clear communication throughout our sale and purchase and when necessary Simon reasoned and negotiated with other parties when they needed a little nudge. A brilliant video was made of our home which I am sure was one of the reasons why we sold within a week of going on the market. They overvalued my house then did very little for the next two and a half months. When I did get an offer, it was from someone who didn't have the funds to purchase my house. I was advised to accept the offer, take my house off the market and give the buyer the time they needed to secure the funds. After a month, the buyer told us it was unlikely he would get the money. I pulled out and fired the agent.Enter, Simon. During our first meeting, it was apparent how much experience Simon had. He gave me an honest valuation and told me his plan to sell my house.
