I first met Simon when my parents were viewing a property in Warlingham that he was selling. I didn't know much about estate agency and had always assumed you could only sell through traditional high-street agents, but after a great chat, I learnt there was a much better option.Fast forward 12 months: when I decided to put my own house on the market, I called Simon. He remembered me immediately and warmly asked after my parents. A personal touch that truly set the tone.Simon came round a few days later (bang on time, already a rare win). He was very complimentary of my home, asked all the right questions, and patiently answered my endless stream of queries. Having already seen how he conducted himself when we were potential buyers, I knew beyond a doubt that I wanted him to handle the sale of my home.There was a clear, structured plan for marketing the property right from day one. What really made Simon and Laura stand out in a world of traditional high-street agents was how wonderfully personable and accessible they were. In an industry where you usually end up speaking with the same answering machine or ending up lost in an inbox, being able to speak directly to Simon or Laura whenever we needed was an absolute breath of fresh air.They were incredible with our family, too. They expertly navigated around work commitments and, most importantly, protected the sacred sanctity of our children's nap times when scheduling viewings! Our house-buying journey was made simple with Laura and Simon. Their modern approach to communication was a standout, setting up a WhatsApp group to send voice note updates, which is far more personal and efficient than other estate agents we have dealt with. Any questions we had were answered within minutes throughout the whole process, and when our chain slowed down, Laura was swift to chase and get things moving again. Simon and Laura have been amazing! As first time buyers, we had so many questions. They’re super quick to respond, happy to answer questions and don’t make you feel silly for not knowing how the process works. They explained everything clearly, stayed on top of getting updates from the solicitors and sellers, and they’re just genuinely lovely people too. They’ve made the process so smooth and easy and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it’s gone! Also love the way they market the properties - amazing videos which aren’t just a compilation of the photos but a proper walk through. Highly recommend them to anyone. 😊

I was recommended Simon and Laura by a friend who had recently sold their house. My mum who is 83 was looking to sell and move into a retirement flat. Simon and Laura are exceptional at what they do. Right from the first meeting you can tell they are both experts in their field and clearly have years of experience. The way they marketed the house, using photos and videos as well as social media is excellent. A few times during the process when the buyer had surveys going on and I could not get the day off work. Laura went and sat with my mum to make sure she was ok. This, as well as other examples show they go far and beyond what is expected from an estate agent. They keep you updated all the time and are always available if you have any questions. House moving is stressful but they are always there to advise you and be that calming voice. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.
