I highly recommend Simon, what an outstanding agent. If i could give 6 stars we would! We met him through viewing another one of his listed properties, and then asked him to help with our house which had already been listed with a previous agent (whom we had a bad time with and were feeling pretty deflated by the process) His communication was a breath of fresh air and really stood out, kept us up to date all the way through via WhatsApp, available whenever we needed to talk, if we did have any questions would hear back quickly and could have a good chat about things. I dont think there was ever an opportunity to chase him as he was on the ball with updates before we had a chance to ask. Gave us really good advice on the market - he has a lot of experience in the industry and knows it inside out which made a big difference, especially for people like us who didnt know the ins and outs, he was super patient with us - in general and with all our questions. He gauges situations really well and knows the best way to go about many parts of the process. Being an independent agent he doesnt waste your time or his with buyers who aren't serious or in a position to buy and spends a lot of time getting to know them and vetting them, nothing worse than constantly cleaning the house for no shows or people who are just browsing. He is also very honest through the process - which helps cut to the chase and make well informed decisions. I think a lot of agents just tell you what they think you want to hear, Simon is always transparent and passes on information straight away so you know where you stand. The marketing was superb, his network with other agents and contacts made our lives so much easier after the sale was agreed too, as he was able to go above and beyond to get things done for us that wasnt even his responsibility, on top of all that he is a really nice guy! And enthusiastic about his proffession. If your looking for a hardworking, genuine and experienced agent you will be in good hands with Simon.

As mentioned in all the reviews, Simon is exceptional.After a high street agent failed to sell our home, Simon advised realistic expectations and sold within a week, even conducting viewings on a Sunday. He also negotiated our subsequent attempted purchases (all 5 of them before one fully proceeded). He knows the market inside out, advising caution against a couple of our attempted purchases. Unfortunately we did not heed his concerns, but wiser and poorer heeded his advice on the next property, and eventually found something that proceeded rapidly to exchange and completion using his recommended conveyancing solicitors. Simon kept our buyer informed and happy throughout our 4 month search.Simon’s commitment, patience and communication are exceptional and he is extremely responsive providing regular updates throughout the process. We highly recommend him.

What can I say, the sale of our property was truly an adventure full of highs, lows, pitfalls & joyful moments. Simon came along for the ride for the entire journey. Other traditional high street estate agents under valued our property, had no interest in us as people and were only interested in getting us on the books. During the sale of our property we purchased our forever home as well. Simon basically did all the leg work for the sale and our purchase despite it not really being his responsibility. This was achieved through our hard work in making the property look immaculate throughout and Simon’s abilities as an estate agent who got the price we wanted and kept a chain of 6 properties from falling through for nearly 6 months.
