  • Tenant find only: 10% plus VAT  (Upfront)
  • Full Management: 14% plus VAT (Monthly, in addition to tenant find)
  • Landlord Package: (2x references- Tenancy Agreement- R to R checks)-(Upfront)- £350 plus VAT
  • Deposit Registration (Let only): £60 plus vat
  • Referencing:  £35.00 plus VAT per additional tenant (two included in package).
  • Management takeover fees: £250 plus VAT
  • Gas Safety Certificate: £99.00 plus VAT
  • Electrical Certificates (EICR):  start at £199.00 plus VAT (prices vary depending on size of property).
  • Legionnaires check: Price on request
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £80.00 plus VAT
  • Additional Key: £15.00 per set (incl. of VAT)
