Meet Simon Smith. The founder and namesake of the business. I’ve spent the last 25 years in the London property market.

I’ve ridden the highs, lived through the lows, and I’ve seen a thing or two along the way. I’m one of the good guys on a mission to change Estate Agency for the better.

We’re not out to be top of the portals (which is a BIG one for most agents). We’re here to make moving house exciting and enjoyable again, by putting our focus and energy into making life easier for you and your family.

I’ve been in the area for the last 20 years, where I live with my wife, Laura - the real boss of the business.

After 28 years working in London and across the South East, Simon decided it was time to shake things up. He’d seen too many corporate agents more obsessed with being number one on the property portals rather than number one for their clients.

For Simon, this business was never meant to be about chasing league tables or shiny headlines—it’s about people first, property second. So he set out with a simple goal: build an agency that truly works for the consumer.

With almost 30 years experience and over 5000 transactions under his belt, there is nothing he hasn't seen and nothing he can't overcome. .While experience matters, what matters more is using it to create an agency that’s clear, honest, and—dare we say it—actually enjoyable to deal with.

He doesn’t believe in overpromising or sugar-coating. Instead, Simon focuses on straight answers, smart solutions, and making sure clients feel they’ve got someone in the seat next to them (remember the rollercoaster)??

Yes, he takes his work seriously. Himself? Not so much. Expect the occasional bad joke, a story from the front lines of London agency life, and a refreshing lack of corporate waffle.

Because at the end of the day, changing the game isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about being the most trusted. And that’s exactly what Simon set out to do.
