Wow, where do I start? I could easily begin with the incredible self contained Annexe or Studio that was built 2 years ago, the two double and one single garages that sit beneath, and also act as a simple ‘drive in’ entrance or even the large southerly facing sun terrace that is ideal for a party let alone a quiet glass of wine……or …..I could just say its a unique and spacious detached home that is just a 10 minute walk to Sanderstead Station. Personally I would watch the video and then call me for a viewing..it has to be seen.
