We’ve a proper soft spot for Warlingham. And rightly so. There’s a whole lot to love about this little pocket of perfection in our neighbouring postcode. The village-feel. The pretty, independent shops. But most of all its welcoming, family-friendly community.

Caring community. I challenge you to find a friendlier, more inclusive and caring bunch than the Warlingham Village community. Always putting on an event or show, they keep the buzz going around here, and have created a gorgeous family feel.

Work it. Warlingham is where we work out. If you’re into yoga, fitness pilates, or legs, bums and tums (and it’s hardcore, trust me!), check out Total Body Fitness on the local pages and be prepared to be put through your paces by Lindsay.

Foodie faves. Here you have it all, from proper pubs like The Horseshoe, to date night destinations like Spaghetti Tree, India Dining and Smoque.

Best for brunch. You know those days when you meet friends for brekkie and you’re still there come 3pm? If you’re after all-day session vibes, you’ve found your match in Dining at 412. If you can’t stop, head to Flavours for a caffeine refuel on the go.

Sweet spot. There’s nothing like a weekend bakery trip to feel like you’re living your best life so stock up on sourdough and vegan treats at Coughlans Bakery. If you’re looking to bribe the kids, The Scoop Company will not disappoint. There’s candy floss, sprinkles and infinite opportunities to convince them to get that homework done.
